Scanning
- Select just the photo (no white showing around the photo).
- Choose the color photo setting.
- Turn all enhancements off.
- Set resolution quality to high photo quality, 300 or 600 DPI.
- Save the file as a high quality JPEG or TIFF.
- Email photos to info@chasecomputercreations.com
Scanning Concerns
If you are unable to obtain a good scan following the steps above, you can take your photo to a copy shop, such as Kinko's. They can create the can for you. Provide them with the instructions above and ask them to save it on a cd. You can then send the cd to us, rather than your original.

Sending Photographs by Mail
You can send your photos to us through the United States Postal Service. Please purchase tracking for extra security. Also, place your photographs in an envelope that can not bend. We don't want any damage to occur during shipping.
If you prefer not to send your original photo through the mail
As mentioned above, you can take your photo to a copy shop such as Kinko's. They can scan the picture for you (give them the information listed at the top of this page). Have them to save the picture on a cd. Then you can send us the cd for restoration.
What happens next?
Once we review your photo, we will email you a quote. Upon acceptance, we will begin the restoration. We will send you a proof of the photo restoration by email, for your review.
